Because all of our bracelets are custom and made-to-order, we do not accept returns. If for whatever reason, there is a defect, please email us a picture within 10 days of receiving your order and we will make our best effort(s) to resolve the issue(s).

If for some reason you may have ordered the wrong size for your custom bracelet, we are happy to adjust it for a return and service fee.
